ATLANTA — Stacy Earnhardt took the reins as general chairman of American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council here Feb. 26 at the closing banquet of TMC’s annual meeting and emphasized the importance of not only recruiting, but also supporting a new generation of diesel technicians.
