NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Rachel Lovell, a recruiting manager at Milan Supply Chain Solutions Inc., was named Transport Topics’ Recruiting Professional of the Year after being the first woman nominated for the honor. The presentation was made Feb. 22 as part of the 2019 Recruitment and Retention Conference.
