Logistics operator UTi Worldwide Inc. posted a slightly lower fiscal third-quarter loss of $32.7 million, or 34 cents per share, as ocean freight forwarding results weakened further at the company that has agreed to a $1.35 billion acquisition by DSV, a Danish supply chain and forwarding company.
