Special Notice: Class Eligibility Retirements

Drivers who have retired from their respective classes after winning are not eligible to compete in that same class again this year. However, they may choose to compete in a different class.

Company Driver Entry Form

This form is used to advise the WVTA of the number of drivers your company will be entering into the championship. This helps us secure the appropriate space and equipment.

Required Document

State & National Driver Registration

This comprehensive form must be completed by every driver to be eligible for both State and National competitions. It verifies driver history, class selection, and employer endorsement.

  • Requires an attached copy of your MVR.
  • Certifies 12 months of continuous, accident-free employment.
  • Includes mandatory Employer Release & Certification.

WV Fleet Safety Contest Annual Report

Showcase your fleet's dedication to the road. This annual report is used to determine the safest fleets operating within West Virginia.
  • Calculated using DOT Reportable Accidents frequency ratio.
  • A separate report must be filed for each division (e.g., Tank Trucks, Heavy Haulers).
  • Divisions require a minimum of 5 participants to be judged.
